Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included to facilitate a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original CORDOVA packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
